OVERVIEW Summer/Year-round Internship Technical Writer (Legal Department) The Legal Division Systems and Support team plays a critical role in enabling, supporting, representing and protecting the Legal Division at SAS. As a member of this dynamic team, you will work under the direction of senior staff to create technical documentation for applications used in our department and self-service articles for our internal customers. Responsibilities: * Use the ServiceNow Knowledge Database to create accurate and concise documentation that clearly explains concepts to customers of various technical backgrounds. * Follow specific instruction and defined guidelines (departmental guidelines and general writing guidelines including standard rules of grammar, writing techniques, content models, and style guidelines) when creating and modifying documentation. * Perform the research needed to understand and document assigned topics. * Create and modify photos to enhance documentation.
