VOIP Engineer with good background in Cisco Telepresence and Webex to manage a critical project for 1 of our biggest clients.Computer skills:--- 1st-hand background troubleshooting issues and Vendor escalations--- five years of background with IT Service Management / ITIL processes and best practices utilizing ticketing software--- three years of background with Cisco Video Communications Server, Telepresence Management Suite, and Cisco Unified Communications Manager with a customer facing role--- 3 yrs of background supporting Cisco Collaboration Video endpoints--- Good working understanding on the office application including outlook--- Experienced in using incident management system for incident tracking/resolving--- Must have customer service background servicing VIP users.--- Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, high-pressure, fast-paced environment--- Self-driven and can work unaided with minimal supervision.
