Location Address: 539 S Main St, Findlay, OH, United States (US), 45840 Overview: Thesuccessful applicant will be responsible for general marketing and commercial legal support, including drafting and negotiating transportation fuel product supply contracts, providing legal guidance on franchise, advertising and competition law matters, and preventive law counseling. The position will also involve contract review, interpretation, negotiation, legal research and advising clients on day:to:day legal matters. The position entails heavy interaction with Marathon Petroleum Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates (the "Company") client organizations, 3rd parties, in:house counsel and outside counsel.
