Paralegal - Personal Injury Job - (Jacksonville, FL)

SNI Companies - Legal Now - has an immediate contract position for a Personal Injury Paralegal who is tenacious and excels in a fast-paced environment. This position will take on a large project that will last between 4-5 weeks. Daily tasks will include: Opening insurance claims for all parties involved in the claim. Drafting and sending letters of representation to clients, clinics and insurance companies (any and all parties involved). Prepare demand package. Request medical records. Prepare waiver and reduction letters. Call clinic to verify treatment. Communicate with insurance companies to obtain coverage and negotiate medical bills. Schedule and prepare clients for recorded statements, IME's and EUO's. Assist attorney in managing settlements and assist on the preparation of settlement disclosure. Maintain communication with the clients to ensure they are up to date on their treatment.
