Job DescriptionProduction Supervisor position necessitates Metal Stamping background in Tier one Automotive with supervision for 40 - 50 employees in three shift manufacturing environment.The perfect applicant is a good communication with team building, shop floor leadership, and order management systems background in ERP Oracle and Visual Management.The role supervises meeting daily production qualifications and on-time shipping of quality parts to achieve monthly financial budget while continuously improving manufacturing operations.Responsibilities: Ensures daily line staffing level for meeting production qualifications Reviews schedules and order qualifications for each production line Communicates with prior and later shift supervisor on order status and priorities Collaborates with leaders on unplanned downtime, excessive scrap, and scheduling Coordinates with leaders on other shifts for planning and performance review for safety, productivity, scrap, customer concerns
