Job DescriptionWe are seeking a JUICE CAFE / ORGANIC WINE BAR SHIFT SUPERVISOR to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable background. Trailside’s, JUICE /CAFÉ/ WINE BAR/BEER GARDEN concept believes that if our customers are going to eat and drink let’s have them drink in the most organic, natural, healthy way possible.Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities Oversee guest services and resolve issues Ensure a high-quality of ingredients and food preparation Train and manage kitchen personnel Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations?Requirements: Previous background in food service or other related fields Strong leadership qualities Expertise to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong written and
