Nursing Assistant Ortho/Spine PT Nights - (Rock Hill, SC)

SUMMARY: Performs basic data collection and basic patient assessment, identifying deviations, assists with family requests, provides direct inpatient and outpatient care including but not limited to bathing, feeding, vital signs, patient weight, & blood sugar finger sticks. This job necessitates keen assessment, documentation and communication abilities. This individual will be a key member of the Inpatient Nursing Division and will support our goals for delivering excellent patient care. Position will require interaction with RNs.
