The CEO will plan and execute all aspects of the FSCC programs, and is responsible for the overall effectiveness of the organization. The CEO maximizes all external relationships with local, state, and federal governmental entities, local and regional community-based health and human service organizations, and other related representatives, and serves as the primary spokesperson for the agency. The CEO assists the BOD in defining and upholding the agency mission, values, and vision. Family Services of Chemung County, Inc. (FSCC) is a private not-for-profit 501 (c) 3 charitable organization that has served the community for over 150yrs, and currently provides a range of behavioral health services, including the Mental Health Clinic and Clinic Satellites, Comprehensive PROS with Clinical Treatment, and Care Management, as well Home Care.
