Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment Registered Nurse - (Pittsburgh, PA)

The Integrated Dual Disorder Treatment Nurse/Service Coordinator will provide medication services, case management, psycho-education, and clinical treatment services to consumers with serious and persistent mental health diagnoses and dual disorders (Mental Health and Substance Abuse). Assists targeted adults and their families in accessing services, building support networks, linking to medical services and interventions, recording vitals, monitoring medication management, and resolving conflicts. As an active member of the Integrated Treatment Team you will work in collaboration with the team Psychiatrist and other multidisciplinary teammates to provide this clinical cutting edge service. All employees must maintain all clinical records in according to organization policy and procedures. Must obtain Act 33/34/73 Clearances and present a valid PA Driver's license upon hire. Registered nurse (RN) with 2 yrs behavioral health care and medical background.
