Director Medical Alignment - Diabetes Orals Franchise Job - (Wilmington, DE)

Description: The Director Medical Alignment (DMA) works with the Core Medical Team Lead to coordinate Medical Affairs services in support of the brand, facilitating brand activities in line with strategy, budget and agreed timelines. This may encompass initial launch planning and/or execution through future life-cycle management, as determined by the product. *Please note this position is currently located at AstraZeneca's site in Ft. Washington, PA. The team will be moving to the Wilmington, DE site by end of the year (2016) and we are looking to hire for Wilmington, DE. Main responsibilities may include: ? Development and execution of the medical brand strategy and plan for 1 or more of the orals brands, in alignment with overall brand and portfolio strategies ? Key point of contact with the field medical team, responsible for relaying strategic priorities/guidance to the field
