Sr. Copy Editor - 2nd Shift - Editing in Healthcare Communications - (New York, NY)

POSITION DESCRIPTION FCB Health is seeking a talented Sr.Copy Editor with seasoned pharmaceutical editing background to join the 2nd Shift team (4 p.m. to midnight). Editor expected to work autonomously in a promotional agency environment with assigned brand teams to enforce quality control across core editorial functions (editing, fact checking, proofreading). Additionally is expected to demonstrate ability regarding relevant FDA regulations and provide some guidance to Associate Editor/Editor-level staff. Has worked on at least 1 launching product and is familiar with a range of product categories and therapeutic classes. 2nd-Shift Senior Editor to provide guidance to 2nd-shift Associate Editor/Editor-level staff. Editor will provide organizational support as needed, including co-monitoring workflow to aid 2nd-Shift Editorial Manager with prioritizing and delegating to other 2nd-shift editors.
