Field Project Service Manager (Ohio) - (Mansfield, OH)

Title: Field Project Service Manager Department: Learning Environment Support Reports to: Learning Environment Field Project Services Manager Position description This position reports to the Director of Learning Environment Support, and is responsible for leading the learning environment operations support team. Including staffing, scheduling, motivating, coaching, and training, in order to meet and exceed customer expectations, and company financial goals. Required functions Leads learning environment project team(s) and partners with associates, and other corporate departments to ensure customer expectations, and corporate financial goals are met or exceeded. Provide daily leadership and continuous communication to teams, including field project management and project service associate staff. Maintains project cost budgets, and ensures that billing forecasts are met. Manages the completion of projects on schedule, within the determined financial goals, and to the complete satisfaction of the customer.
