Network Engineer 4-12+ Months (extend after the fiscal year ending) Columbia, SC Serves as network engineer for client network servicesnetwork integration. Ensures basic and advanced technical solutions are provided to customersusers technology designs, installations, modifications and troubleshooting requests while adhering to agency and state policies. Install, configure and troubleshoot network devices and their operating systems. Document all changes to LANWANMAN using spreadsheets and Visio. Monitor network performance and utilization with available tools while ensuring the network remains healthy and functional. Maintains services, applications and their operating systems including DNS, SolarWinds, ISE, syslog and wireless control systems. Must obtain and maintain security certifications for HIPPA, FTI and CJIS. DAILY DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES Install, configure and troubleshoot network devices and their operating systems.
