Acquisition Analyst - (Escondido, CA)

Fairfield Residential is a private equity investor in the multifamily real estate sector with $8 Billion of assets under management. Fairfield is looking for an acquisitions analyst to assist in the underwriting and acquisition of apartment projects nationwide. The analyst will be located in our corporate office in San Diego, CA and will report to the Director of Acquisitions. The perfect applicant will have prior background underwriting multifamily properties and will be able to quickly transition to working with our acquisition team to value properties identified as potential acquisitions. This position will provide applicants with the opportunity to learn all aspects of the acquisition process from 1 of the most active companies in the industry. Responsibilities include: Working with the acquisition teammates to create cash flow projections for properties identified as potential investments. Conducting market rent surveys Responding to the requests of lenders throughout the acquisition process
