Currently, Meijer is looking for a DairyProduction Level one Operator. Operates an injection blow molder to produce quality containers for the purpose of milk manufacturing. Responsible for 200% Safety Accountability (self and others). Required responsibilities: Operates injection blow molder in accordance with proper Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Maintains proper documentation of bottle weights Verifies bottle integrity Ensures correct labeling, including correct product code date Grinds excess bottle and material to return to processing materials Operates machine in a safe and efficient manner Keeps work area in a clean and sanitary condition Performs other duties as assigned High-school diploma or General Education Degree(GED) required. Prior background in manufacturing or dairy is preferred Knowledge, skills, and expertise to operate computer programs as needed Expertise to work in a team environment Excellent communication abilities Reliable and consistent attendance required
