As a Field Service Supervisor, you will drive installation projects from start to finish by managing our North American fleet of field technicians. Responsibilities: Own the field technician hiring process Job postings: Keep posting current Interview and hire technicians: Hire technicians across North America to support installations and ongoing maintenance Technician training On-site: Travel to provide on site training to Compology technicians or Customer technicians installing Compology Provide remote training support for installations Pilot deployment Support pilot orders Provide remote installation support for pilot customers Maintenance Support maintenance "projects" (Decommissions, problem organizations, etc) Project oversight Travel to various large projects to provide on-site project management Daily progress tracking
