Senior Staff Scientist (Wetlands/WOTUS Project Manager) - (Dallas, TX)

Job overview General Responsibilities: Manage projects, participate in client development, business development, and environmental services growth initiatives. Projects may include documentation related to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), wetland/WOTUS delineations, aquatic resource surveys, habitat assessments, mitigation planning, natural resource master planning, ecological and natural resource field surveys, site planning and permitting, constraints analysis, GIS-based predicative modelling, and GIS database management. Essential Roles and Responsibilities:Prepare preliminary jurisdictional determination reports.Coordinate with the USACE to obtain Section 404 Nationwide Permits, Letters of Permission, Approved Jurisdictional Determinations, and Individual Permits.Utilize GIS resources to conduct environmental constraints/fatal flaw analyses.Preparation of NEPA documentation.
