Superintendent - Concrete Cutting - (Atlanta, GA)

The Penhall Company, has immediate opening for Superintendent to join our team. The applicant will provide overall on-site administrative and technical management on construction project site. The applicant will schedule, coordinate and supervise craft employee activities and may involve supervising 1 or more trade groups. This position is normally 1 of independent project supervision on small to medium size projects. Critical skills, Knowledge and Abilities: - Demolition and/or concrete cutting requirements required. - four year engineering degree or equivalent combinations technical training and/or related construction experience. - Advance understanding of construction scheduling, cost control and expertise to control and supervise large group essential. - Min eight years' supervisory experience in similar construction technology, methods, equipment, tools and work procedures required. - Lift & move 45 pounds or more. - Strong Mechanical Aptitude.
