We partner with award winning architects and designers to deliver notable projects for discriminating clients in Austin's most prestigious neighborhoods. Responsibilities 1. Confirm all aspects of the Pre-Construction to Production hand-off package, including plans, specifications, schedule and buy-out. 2. Manage subcontractors and suppliers to build projects per plans, scope of work, specifications and selections. 3. Schedule subcontractors and material deliveries. 4. Manage long lead deliver items 5. Double check all Bids Accepted for accuracy BEFORE authorizing order " specific emphasis on expensive, long lead items (windows, cabinets, etc). 6. Place orders and manage delivery of long lead items (windows, doors, cabinets, etc). 7. Conduct thorough and accurate project layouts.
