Building Inspector ($60k to 70k, DOE) - (Seattle, WA)

We are a premier international engineering consulting firm and we are currently seeking an experienced Field Investigator/Engineer. Our work relates to exterior building design, from below grade to roof tops. We have a fast-paced working environment and a beautiful downtown Seattle office. Duties of this position include: Communication with clients; attend client association or board meetings when required. On-site project reviews (site visits) are conducted regularly to determine installer's adherence to design detail and/or published product manufacturer's installation recommendations. Additionally, this position necessitates the expertise to recognize any problem transition locations that might require modification to typical installation design. Daily duties based on the project qualifications include climbing ladders, stairs or scaffolding as provided to perform visual inspections of existing conditions, current installations, to determine further building envelope qualifications.
