Production Lead - (Missouri City, TX)

Supervise and lead production teammates in their daily activities. Promote flow and pull of products. Lead regular communications with team pertaining to company and department performance, with the goals of improvement and reducing waste and non-value added activity. Applicant will be responsible for assisting Supervisor and coordinating the day to day activities within operation. Must be able to communicate with different levels of management to meet safety, quality and production standards. Must be able to correctly staff production area and keep employees actively engaged in daily job tasks. Recommends measures to improve production processes, production equipment used and quality of finished products. Work with Q.A. department to ensure the quality of the product. Provide an environment that will help build team concept and good morale. Working hours: Various Skills: Position may work weekends and holidays. Must have leadership skills, strong communication, quick paced.
