Part Time Office Assistant - (Wakefield, MA)

The Part-time Office Assistant is responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory levels for the Firm including but not limited to; kitchen supplies, copiers and printers. This position is also responsible for the upkeep of these areas. Services are provided in a manner that demonstrates the highest levels of quality, accountability, cheerful positive can-do attitude, and teamwork. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Monitors and maintains current inventory levels for kitchen, copiers and printers Tracks orders and investigates problems Performs physical count of inventory and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves Processes and documents returns as required Monitor shred bins and bi-monthly shred pickup Responsible for the use of courier services/certified/overnight packages for delivery of client material and preparing, delivering, and distributing mail.
