Instructional Designer with TS/SCI Polygraph - (Williamsburg, VA)

Job overview: Leidos is looking for an Instructional Designer to work with instructors and subject matter experts to develop effective adult learning opportunities for customer workforce. In collaboration with a team of ISDs, applicant will design and develop instruction and other learning solutions that prepare students with the knowledge needed to carry out their mission. Training may be delivered in the classroom or on-line; on-line training may be CBT or a blend of classroom and on-line. Instructional design support to a dynamic environment to include course design for classroom delivery, including design and development of learner activities and exercises, creation of instructional materials and lesson plans. Design courses for on-line and blended-learning environments, incorporating technology into the design and delivery. Consult with instructors and subject matter experts to determine instructional requirements, collect data, customize design proposals, and implement solutions.
