THE POSITION: The ASEA sales team is looking for someone with the passion, energy, and ability to be the advocate for our customers and drive change to ensure we exceed our customer's needs and expectations. This position will be responsible for auditing, improving, and managing our customer background from top to bottom. . RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct comprehensive review of our existing customer background. Present improvement solutions to corporate leadership. Conduct competitor analyses to develop customer background best practices. Survey and focus group customers to glean qualitative and quantitative insight. Conduct brainstorming meeting with corporate staff. Build strategies and proposals for customer background improvements. Project manage implementation of customer background initiatives.
