ARKRAY is c urren tly looki ng to fill a Marketing Communications Coordinator position responsible for a broad range of marketing and sales projects to support the goals and objectives of the ARKRAY Sales and Marketing departments, with an emphasis on trade shows and events. Duties and Responsibilities Manage event calendar & deadlines Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating qualifications; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinate activities with sales personnel Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Manage trade show booth properties and ensure that they are properly maintained Coordinate company registration for tradeshows and conferences, and ensure shipments are made in a timely and economical manner and that hotel reservations are made Assist Marketing in daily projects as needed.
