We are currently seeking a Full time Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance for an apartment community in Hot Springs, AR. Valid driver's license must be maintained at all times. HVAC background and/or certification is required. Perform electrical repairs on appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets, etc. Perform plumbing work such as toilet and sink repairs, replacing fittings, etc. Perform custodial work in apartments and common areas as needed. Perform exterior and interior painting.
