Carpenter Foreman (Commercial Construction) - (Milford, OH)

We are a leading construction company specializing in commercial new builds and remodels. We take pride in our work and are looking for crew members and leaders who do the same. Based out of Michigan, our company runs many projects all year-round. Not only do we want our company to grow, we want you to advance with us! Our company is currently seeking foreman leaders for our General Trades division (carpentry, framing, interior buildouts, etc). This is a full time position. Qualifications: Must have expertise to get to scheduled job site. Must be reliable. Travel may be required. Perdiem will be discussed when travel is necessary. Employees go home on weekends. Job responsibilities: Cutting, sawing, measuring using various tools Install doors, hardware, and trim Framing Accurate time keeping for payroll Enforce correct safety procedures Qualifications: Preferred two years background in commercial carpentry Background running a construction crew
