In-House Attorney: Treasurer's Office and Fund and Investment Operations - - (Merrimack, NH)

The in-house lawyer will provide dedicated legal counsel to Fidelity's fund oversight and operations teams in support of Fidelity's extensive line of mutual funds and institutional products. The Team Fidelity's Treasurer's Office provides oversight of the funds' operations and service providers and manages the Sarbanes-Oxley program for Fidelity's mutual funds, including the certification of the funds' financial statements. Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations provides operational processing for Fidelity's full line of mutual funds and institutional products, including trade processing, fund accounting and valuation, custodian bank reporting and oversight and fund reporting. The in-house lawyer will serve as a trusted advisor to employees at all levels, enabling the groups to support the functioning of Fidelity's extensive range of investment products effectively.
