Turf Extrusion Lab Tester - (Bainbridge, GA)

Position title Turf Extrusion Lab Tester Job description Position Objective: Performs testing on certain physical properties of Turf yarn to insure all yarn products are consistent with quality standards. Essential Duties (Considering job knowledge, job environment, effort, manipulative skill, judgment, safety knowledge, and responsibility): Note: Specific requirements for the job can be found in the associate job procedures. Audits schedules and verifies info on the schedule at the beginning of the shift. Pulls samples of yarn for specified tests and uses prescribed sampling cycle outlined for the Turf Extrusion area. Performs testing based on instructions given by yarn technical and the turf process engineer on the ERP (Experimental Run Process) generated in the MDM System and process specification sheet. Identifies and documents all non-conformances and follows all SMS procedures where applicable.
