Bilingual Customer Service Specialist Job - (Charlotte, NC)

Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative Multiple opportunities available for Customer Service Representatives with call center background in the North Charlotte area. Position assignments: * Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services. * Confer with customers by telephone, email, and chat in order obtain and evaluate all relevant details to handle product and service inquiries * Manage and diffuse escalated customer calls. * Prepare weekly customer care reports; analyze and organize data to submit to management. * Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints in Customer Relationship Management System as well as actions taken * Help close additional business with existing and prospective customers. * Maintain general knowledge of competitor's products/services. * Leverage promotions and incentives to close sales. * Utilize product knowledge and promotions to prevent customers from disconnecting services whenever possible.
