Customer Service Analyst Job - (Asheboro, NC)

Position summary: *Responsible for data entry as orders are received from customers. * HACCP Team player if name defined on HACCP Plan(s) *Assist as necessary with updating/changing BOM's. *Verifies inventory of components. *Work with Accounting Department to resolve invoice discrepancies. * Ensures that customers receive orders through the coordination of other departments. * Verifies pricing, scheduling, and shipping of customer's orders. *Complete sales forecasting for customers. *Serves as customer/supplier contact. *Responsible for analysis of open orders, packing slips, and creation of pick tickets. *Notifies customers when shipments have left. *Contributes to daily scheduling meetings. *Assists in physical inventory as needed. *Schedules freight to be picked up and delivered to the customer. *Interface with Sales/Account Managers, Material Managers and the Distribution Center as required to help resolve customer issues.
