Human Resources Coordinator - (Buda, TX)

Texas Disposal Systems is now hiring a Human Resources Coordinator. As the Human Resources Coordinator you are responsible for providing human resource guidance to all levels of management and employees. You will develop and implement HR programs to support employment, job analysis, compensation, training and professional development, and compliance. Education requirements --- Bachelor's degree and four years background working in an HR environment or the equivalent in education and background. Requirements --- Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft office - i.e. Microsoft word, Ms excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems. --- Expertise to travel overnight outside of standard business hours. --- Expertise to work extended periods outside of standard business hours on occasion. --- Must be detail-oriented and possess a strong work ethic. --- Working understanding of company HR policies and procedures and state and federal employment laws.
