Contract Recruiter / Sourcer - (Cape Canaveral, FL)

Acara Solutions is seeking an Contract Recruiter / Sourcer for our customer in Cape Canaveral, FL. Summary: Sources and recruits potential applicants through resumes, directories, cold calling and utilization of job boards. Conducts interviews to recruit prospective employees and refers job applicants to proposal job openings. Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal requirements, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral. Essential Job Functions: (not limited to duties as described - performs related duties as requested) Sources and submits resumes to the Hiring Manager (HM) and HR for CONUS and OCONUS projects. The position will provide the highest level of customer service in addition to building and managing relationships with both customers and applicants on a continual basis.
