The Water Operations Manager provides leadership, direction, and supervision of the distribution facilities, staff, equipment, and operational processes.The Water Operations Manager functions as the substituteResponsible ChargeOperator (RCO) in the operation, maintenance, and repair of the City's water production and treatment facilities including distribution, metering, and reclaimed water systems.
