Fabricator-Forming - (Cedar City, UT)

JOB OVERVIEW: Form parts on press brakes, hydro-form presses, flatbed presses, stretch presses, hot form presses and perform heat treat operations. REQUIRED FUNCTIONS: Produce parts per shop router and customer prints Set-up and operate equipment Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and tooling Complete all required training and any additional training required by supervisor Other duties as assigned (Stretch Form) Review and verify correct tooling and material to shop router (Stretch Form) Visual inspection of machinery, tooling and shop aids to be used in production (Stretch Form) Knowledge of yield point and load capacity qualifications (Stretch Form) Set-up and operate skin and peripheral stretch equipment (Stretch Form) Rigging and operation of 5-10 ton overhead crane (Hot Form) Perform stress relieving and maintain log books (Hot Form) Apply pretreat coatings (Hot Form) Operate Hot Forming Ovens (Hot Form) Knowledge of temps required to form parts
