Principal Sensory Scientist Group Leader - Sensory Science Employee Responsibilities: Development of training programs for multiple product categories Development of procedures and methodologies. Collaborate with business partners to ensure alignment across organization Modify supporting lab procedures as needed and document supporting work instructions Establishing panel performance metrics and monitoring it throughout the year Establish standards for testing and help manage demand/ need for upcoming projects Document and create work instructions to support program Writes, edits and updates SOPs, WI and other documentations Documents results appropriately in notebooks, LIMS, or on testing forms Applies GMP/GLP/ISO 17025 compliance standards in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate Keeps accurate records, follows instructions, and complies with company policies Recognizes errors, identifies root causes
