Description SAIC seeking SOCS SATCOM Network Support - Engineer/Scientist five (Technical Manager) in Fort Bragg. This position is contingent upon contract award. Provide SATCOM C4ISR and Network Engineering in support of (SOCS) SPAWAR Atlantic IPT on CSS SATCOM Ku-band auto-acquire satellite terminals, Combat Service Support Very Small Aperture Terminals in Ka-Band; X-Band; and C-Band (CSS VSATs) as well as other WIN-T sub systems. Operate satellite communications packages and be able to conduct network operation utilizing the technology. Assist the Government in the preparation of detailed test procedures for testing and evaluating the specified systems, subsystems, or equipment. Design build, configure, and maintain a Wide Area Network (WAN) and classified and unclassified Local Area Networks (LAN), in accordance with the Department of Defense Details Enterprise Architecture (DoD IEA) version 2.0, the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) version 2.02 and the Joint Info Environment (JIE).
