Software Quality Assurance Analyst - (Newark, DE)

Our client in Newark, DE is currently seeking a Software Quality Assurance Analyst for a permanent position by way of contract to hire. This applicant will perform all types of testing including functional, integration and regression testing and to identify and resolve system defects for new and existing software. This position will be responsible for creating and maintaining manual and automated software testing plans working with business units, analysts, programmers and customers to identify system qualifications create use cases determine the scope of changes to ensure software changes are adequately tested and tracking quality assurance metrics and reporting results to management. The Software Quality Assurance Analyst will design and implement detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases, thoroughly identify, document, and track bugs, and perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
