Call Center Representative - (Albany, NY)

Job DescriptionWe are seeking multiple Call Center Reps for a client located in Albany. These are customer service based positions. These positions offer full-time hours M-F between hours of 8 am and 8pm. Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide info about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services?Requirements: High-school diploma or GED Expertise to type 30+ WPM Basic computer knowledge Previous background in customer service, sales, or other related fields Expertise to build rapport with clients Expertise to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanorCompany DescriptionWe work with clients in multiple industries for a variety of roles.
