Kitchen Manager - (Parkville, MD)

Brief: Heartland Center, Parkville, MO is looking for a person with an appreciation for Christian retreat and camp ministries, outstanding chef skills, and management experience to serve as Kitchen Manager. This person is responsible for planning meals, preparing and serving meals for up to 150 people (buffet-style), ordering and keeping inventory of food and supplies, maintaining a clean kitchen and dining area, washing dishes, scheduling and managing staff, encouraging a positive work environment, and having a passion and vision for excellent food service. This is a part time position with an average of 25 hours per week, and up to 40 hours during the summer and other peak seasons. This person must be able to work a flexible schedule Monday through Friday as shifts vary from week to week. This person will be paid a fixed weekly rate.
