Analyst - HR Strategic Programs - (Denver, CO)

Nurses are crucial to excellent patient care. Therefore, being able to hire the best nurses and retain them is a critical business issue. DaVita has a dedicated focus on improving the professional practice, growth, and development of our nurses and as such, has invested in a technology platform (learning, development, engagement, & recognition) to deliver and scale best-in-class development, engagement and social tools. The platform is scalable to other key populations across the enterprise. The primary function of this position will provide daily production support for the cutting edge portal, 2nd level support/point of escalation for issues, and help identify other ways to scale and utilize the platform. This role will support the functional design, development, and implementation of additional elements in our nurse portal (a learning, reward, and recognition platform), as well as support the expansion of the nurse portal to additional populations.
