SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and energetic applicant to join the Transgenic Discovery team in Redwood City. This is a highly collaborative environment focused on the discovery of life-saving, biologics-based medicines. The applicant will be responsible for bridging in vivo mouse work with in vitro phenotyping and characterization of genetically modified mice in support of our antibody discovery platform and therapeutic program advancement. The position will also play a prominent role in cell line engineering projects in the antibody and therapeutic areas.Responsibilities Responsible for designing and troubleshooting new genotyping assays, tracking, and managing all genotyping performed off-site. Execute screening for new genetically modified mice and cell line development. Perform genotyping, report and present data to support the validation of new genotyping assays.
