VP Corporate Controller - (Durham, NC)

The Vice President & Corporate Controller is a key leadership position within Finance and COMPANY, a dynamic and global biopharmaceutical services company. S/he will be leading a critical finance function that is responsible for providing leadership and management of the Company’s corporate financial close, corporate accounting policies and controls framework. In addition, s/he will partner with the external financial reporting team to ensure accurate and compliant external reporting as well as work with the technical accounting team on GAAP research/analysis/implementation. As a member of the Finance Leadership Team and a direct report of the CAO s/he has leadership accountability for the finance functions responsible for financial close, financial consolidation and statutory accounting. As an organizational leader s/he is responsible for team and individual development.
