Job overview: Oversees the course location's day-to-day accounting, payroll, and human resource functions Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supervises all accounting and reception staff with regard to accounting and finance procedural requirements ensuring accuracy and timeliness of location's financial reporting Maintains facility payroll and time keeping data bases processing personnel changes and bi-weekly payroll Maintains the membership data base for member billing Assists General Manager by ordering office supplies as required, and assuring all month end financial entries, reports, and schedules required by a corporate office are completed and submitted on timely basis Facilitates accounts receivable collections through phone calls and letters Maintains location details systems and resolves hardware/software issues with assistance of corporate Details Technology function Helps General Manger prepare annual budgets
