Job DescriptionJOB DESCRIPTION POSITION TITLE:Warehouse Clerk JOB CODE: TBD NORMALLY REPORTSTO: WarehouseManager or Branch Manager INTERACTSFREQUENTLY WITH: Customersand other branch associates JOB OBJECTIVE: Assist warehousemanagement (Shipping Manager, Receiving Manager, and Warehouse Manager) in allareas of the warehouse. ESSENTIAL DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES: · In addition to the essential job functions describedbelow, all associates will perform duties as requested by branch management.Assigned responsibilities and duties may vary based upon location size andoperations. Picking/Shipping · Pull orders forshipment · Place the materialin the staging area; return the ticket to the supervisor · Separate materialto shipping points · Load outgoingshipment onto trucks Receiving · Receive allincoming materials · Unload incomingshipments from trucks · Verify and complete the delivery receipt.
