Benefit Program Manager Leave of Absence Function Overview The Global Leave Manager (GLM) serves as the subject matter expert on all leave of absence programs and provides backup support for management of the organizations other benefit plans. The global leave manger will take an innovative, holistic, and integrated approach to work:life strategies.
