Landscape / Maintenance Crew Member - (McFarland, WI)

Landscape/Maintenance Crew Members work as part of a team to install and maintain landscapes. This position reports to and assists Landscape and Maintenance Foreman. JOB REQUIREMENTS Valid and insurable Wisconsin Drivers License Min one year background as a Landscape Laborer at AG&L or three years background landscaping at another company Physical expertise to lift a min of 75 pounds. and to work a min of eight hours a day performing physical labor Demonstrated expertise to operate and maintain landscape related equipment such as medium duty trucks, trailers, skid steer loaders and attachments, tractors, compactors, sod cutters, rototillers, chainsaws, pruning tools, snow plows, salt spreaders, and any other necessary equipment Demonstrated knowledge of landscape plants and construction, including but not limited to: retaining walls, grading, patios, walks, outdoor garden structures, water features, lighting, and irrigation systems.
