Customer Service Representative - (Bay St Louis, MS)

Position overview The customer service representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in:depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with teammates within the customer service department. Required functions :Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the required functions. :Provides timely and accurate details to incoming customers pertaining to order status and product knowledge requests. :Processes customer orders/changes according to established department policies and procedures. :Works closely with other departments to resolve issues with new or established accounts. :Provides timely feedback to Market Manager regarding service initiation or customer concerns. :Trains with the leadership team to meet and exceed customers service expectations.
