Customer Service Representative (Call Center) - (Roswell, GA)

Position description Mr. Rooter / Mr. Electric of Atlanta is seeking a key member of the Customer Service team to represent us on all customer contacts. You are responsible for handling service requests, scheduling appointments, making follow:up calls and resolving customer issues.
