Customer Service Representative :: needed ASAP - (Morrisville, NC)

Position overview Our client is the leading, worldwide provider of advanced IT education for Cisco, NetApp, VMware, Microsoft and many more prominent technical vendors. Their core competency is the outsourced delivery, development, management and marketing of vendor:authorized technical training on advanced technologies. With 1 of the worlds largest remote lab environments, coupled with the combination of physical offices in over 30 countries and partners in over 40 others, our client has a worldwide reach untouched by any other IT training organization. At present, this company needs a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join the team in its Morrisville office. In this role, you will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager, and you will be the 1st point of contact for our customers and partners. You will also be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to student inquires, entering and processing student registrations, account research, and other related duties.
